Overview
A&R Admin Coordinator – London, N1C 4AG, United Kingdom
The A Side: A Day in The Life
The A&R Admin team sits at the heart of Universal Music UK’s creative operations, providing essential support to our Artists & Repertoire (A&R) teams across the labels. We ensure that the creative process runs smoothly by managing the administrative, contractual, and logistical elements of the recording process.
From setting up recording sessions and processing producer and songwriter agreements, to overseeing budgets and ensuring compliance with company policies, the team plays a vital role in turning creative ideas into commercially successful releases. Acting as the link between artists, A&R, legal, finance, and production, A&R Admin helps to create the foundation on which our artists and repertoire can thrive.
